Why Use A Professional Pet Sitter?

Benefits for your pet:

  • Your pet follows their usual diet, medication schedule and daily routines.
  • Your pet remains in their familiar, safe environment, thereby greatly reducing stress to them.
  • Your pet is not exposed to the illnesses and stress of other "stressed-out" animals.
  • Your pet receives personalized, individual attention by people who truly care.

Benefits for you:

  • You can be away from home with the peace of mind that your pets are being cared for by a professional.
  • You don't have to impose on friends, neighbors or relatives who may forget to care for your pet.
  • Your home is made more secure because of the crime-deterrent services we provide as well as our daily safety checks to ensure that all systems are functioning normally.
  • You are not inconvenienced with taking your pet to another location.

  • Please familiarize yourself with our policies to be sure we are compatible.
  • Call us at 410.337.7387 or use our online form to submit a request for service. We will contact you to setup an initial meeting so we can meet you and your pets. The initial meeting lasts about 30 minutes and we document all the information we need about your pets and their environment to properly care for them. Please be sure to have the following prepared for our meeting:
    1. Travel itinerary, flight numbers (if applicable), contact and emergency telephone numbers.
    2. Behavioral information and medical history of your pet.
    3. If your pet requires medication please be sure to provide detailed instructions on the administration of the medication and be sure to have ample supplies on hand while you’re away. (Please Note: If your pet requires insulin injections we request that we schedule our meeting at a time when you will be administering the injection so we can observe your pets' behavior).
    4. Alarm codes, electronic gate cards, and parking garage entry cards (if applicable). city residents must provide us with a temporary parking permit if applicable.
    5. Two sets of house keys (we like to be prepared).
  • A Service Agreement will be signed at the end of the interview and payment is due in full at that time. Future services will be billed after the fact.
  • If you require references, please request them well in advance of our meeting so you'll have time to contact them before we meet. When we meet with you we expect to collect the items above and then schedule care for your pets. This is not an interview. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have and you may contact our references prior to meeting.

That’s it! Contact us today with any questions or to schedule an appointment. Please plan ahead as peak travel schedules fill up quickly.
